At FOYDN, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables to our customers in Jaipur. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, and our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

1. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

All customers are requested to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. It is important to open the package immediately and verify the contents.

2. Eligibility for Refund

If any product is found to be damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality at the time of delivery, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

3. Refund Limitations

Please be aware that reimbursements are only available if the inspection is completed at the time of delivery. Since we are unable to check the products' condition after they are delivered, any complaints made after a few hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Once verified, the refund will be processed promptly to your original mode of payment.
